Gifford Hill, the Murray Bridge Equine and Village Development, is a significant government-supported urban growth project and racecourse development within the Murray Bridge Council area, located approximated 50 minutes’ drive from Adelaide CBD.
Soon to take shape, the centrepiece for Gifford Hill is a state-of-the-art racing and entertainment complex. Sarah Constructions has been working closely with the developer, Burke Urban and the Murray Bridge Racing Club to ensure this will become a world-class facility for racing, while also accommodating a range of function, entertainment, dining and community experiences.
Prospect Oval Master Plan - $4.2M Project

This completed project has seen the redevelopment of one of the original grandstands at Prospect Oval to incorporate a new fitness pavilion and the upgrade of the function centre in the other grandstand to create a contemporary sporting, health, events and functions centre.
The new facilities will provide improved access to health, events and function facilities for the local prospect community and sporting clubs of the inner northern suburbs. Through a unique collaboration between City of Prospect, North Adelaide Football Club and Port Augusta City Council, the new facilities will also provide greater access to sporting opportunities and facilities for Indigenous communities in South Australia and the Northern Territory.

THIRD generation family-owned firm Sarah Constructions has new headquarters and aims to turnover $200 million in 2013-14.
Now based in purpose-built offices in Eastwood, the firm is this year celebrating its 50th year of operation and employs more than 300 people.
Managing director James Sarah said its major new projects included the $10 million Australian Federal Police facility at the Adelaide Airport. It had also won a $15 million contract to design and build the Murray Bridge Racing Club grandstand and function centre.
