Sarah Building Services were engaged to provide a new outdoor entertaining area for the SkyCity Casino. The Oasis entertainment area was required to be completed in a short time frame for the Casino to comply with the new outdoor smoking legislation.

The location of the Oasis within the centre of the Casino complex meant that all construction and landscaping materials were required to be craned in over the top of the Casino.

These challenges were managed effectively with the project completed on time and on budget to the delight of the client and their patrons.
