Clayton Church Homes required a new Aged-care facility at Magill to replace their existing facility at Norwood.
Preliminary designs and tenders were required to construct a new 95 bed facility combining both high and low care residencies and incorporate commercial facilities such as a central kitchen, dining, laundry, administration, hairdresser, cafe as well as a chapel, activity hall and other various communical facilities.
Our project team managed the design development, building rules consent and construction phases as a project whole, and completed the project earlier than scheduled. Project milestones were met which guaranteed continuity of construction on site.
