Sarah Constructions were engaged as the principal contractor by Big W to fully refurbish the entire Parabanks store including all back of house areas and trading floor.

The major refurbishment incorporated the total renewal of all mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and fire services.

All fixtures and fittings on the trading floor were replaced with new fixtures including floor coverings and ceilings.

These works were undertaken whilst the store continued its normal trading operations and completed in such a manner to cause minimum possible disruption to operations.
