The new facility for the Adelaide Football Club is a $20 Million new multi-purpose training facility that will incorporate more than 8000sqm of floor space for football training and rehabilitation, corporate entertaining facilities and will act as the Crows Shed for after match functions for a capacity of up to 3000 people from the start of the 2010 football season.

Special features include a mezzanine level entertaining area that overlooks the "Shed" floor, a teaching/research area, resource centre, media room, membership services area, cinema, cafe and a Crows museum featuring a replica locker room.
